Client retention is shockingly easy, it's also spectacularly easy to shed clients like my dogs shed hair with some simple wrong moves.

I got married last week and I had first hand experience of being on the receiving end of crap customer service. Frustration aside, it was a brilliant learning for me as a small business owner and because sharing is caring, I spill all in this episode.
